Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have booked my domestic LPG cylinder vide order no 2-002320291640 on dated 02.09.2022 against the consumer no 751112732. The payment of booking of LPG cylinder through online mode vide the UPI ID 224594344591. Due to delivery of delay of LPG cylinder today (14.09.2022) I have gone to the Aditi Indian Gas Service (0000280315), Lokhra, Guwahati Assam for information of delay. The employ of agency have informed me due some technical problem it was delayed. But I have informed that your service provider transport was noticed by me near by the area. On my reply the employ of the agency have reacted rowdy and informed me that they have the authority to cancel my booking without any reason. Already I have submitted my complaint to the Authority (Indian Oil) vide 1-676488532052 and 1-676630222988 on dated 14.09.2022. But still now I have not received my LPG cylinder or not taken action against the complaint.
