I booked a cylinder from Indian oil Booking app , my gas cylinder booking no. 2-001191645202 , booking date-30/4/2021 . according to app status my cylinder is delivered on 1 May 2021 by Mr Vinod Kumar , But i have not received any cylindeer . when i called to agency regarding my issue then one of the ladies pick a call and when i explain my issues then she shouted on me and talk reudaly and without giving any proper resolution disconnect the call . i again tried to call but they people not picked the call . the issue is that when i booked through ivr then i got my cylinder withn 2-3 days but when booked through app then evrytym thry people sold my cylinder to someone on black . So , Kindly i request to you plz take a necessary action against Gem gas service , kharar and uneducated 3rd class staff .

I have booked my cylinder on 5th January 2023. And today is 15 January 2023, yet they haven’t delivered my LPG gas cylinder. When i called the agency, the lady has given a contact number of “Mani” and ask him to deliver your cylinder. When i called this guy then he had given me other number and then again another number. They are just jumping me from one number to another. And now saying we haven’t got your receipt. It is being 10 days. What is this services. I want immediate action against all of them and gas cylinder to deliver immediately.
