Syska Gadget secure - Not Sattling insurance amonut for my damaged mobile

I am continuously taking follow up for my CIN No. 1607057128 but every time i am getting reply by customer care guys that the back end team is working on that your claim will processed shortly.
I have submitted the handset on 19 Aug 2018 & Insurance approval date is 27 Aug 2018.
As per Syska gadget secure policy, claim will be refunded between 90-120 days but in my case almost 18 months are passed & still claim amount Rs. 13400/- is not received yet so please look into this matter because i have so many mail communications but still claim is not settled. Claim status & communication mail snap is attached.
