SIR I HAVE PURCHASED DELL LAPTOP (Dell Inspiron 5000 5558 5558i581t2gbW8BluM Core i5 - (8 GB DDR3/1 TB HDD/Windows 8.1/2 GB Graphics) Notebook) WITH 8GB RAM HAVING 2 YEARS WARRANTY. RECENTLY I HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH AN ISSUE WITH THE LAPTOP SO I HAVE CALLED DELL SUPPORT FOR RESOLUTION, THEY HAVE SENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT .SOON AFTER DIAGNOSING THE LAPTOP THEY HAVE TOLD LAPTOP IS SOLD FROM DELL WITH 4GB RAM BUT FLIPKART HAS FRAUDENTLY MADE IT 8GB RAM LAPTOP AND SOLD IT TO YOU IN THE NAME OF DELL BRAND AT VERY HIGHER PRICE.
SIR, I HAVE CONTACTED FLIPKART AS SUGGESTED BY DELL FOR LOOKING ON THE MATTER. SIR, FLIPKART IS SAYING WE WILL FIX YOUR RAM PROBLEM BUT MY QUESTION IS WHY I WILL USE 8GB RAM IN THE MODEL OF 4GB RAM LAPTOP. SIR, EXTRA 4GB RAM COST IS ONLY AROUND 2000- 3000 RUPEES BUT THEY HAVE SOLD ME THIS LAPTOP AT PRICE RS. 20000 HIGHER THAN THE MARKET PRICE OF 4GB RAM LAPTOP. AND DUE TO THIS FRAUD MADE BY FLIPKART DELL IS NOT CONSIDERING MY LAPTOP UNDER WARRANTY.
SO, I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THE FLIPKART CHAIRMAN AND CEO AND BOOK THEM UNDER 420 IPC AND DIRECT THEM FOR A COMPENSATION AND ASK THEM TO PROVIDE GENUINE LAPTOP OF 8GB RAM.
