Sir,
I visited the liquor shop today at 21:05 hrs
and took my quarter. the man at the counter asked if i have 2000 rs in 500 currency. I had 2 500 rs note . At first he gave me 9 notes of rs 100 in exchange and upon enquiring he took it back and slipped 3 notes back quickly and added 1 note to the top. This is extreme conning which is done by them always. please take action / atleast give them a good scolding. This is mostly done by them . You can also get it tested at evening time when rush is there.
