Respected sir/madam,
I received a call from representative of fashionothon, miss Shweta verma as to have been selected as a winner of there promotional campaign and as how I was selected for the 1st prize. following which I was asked to make a purchase at there site after which I could claim the prize. I asked for a written confirmation about the prize distribution as I was aware of ongoing scams these days, to which I received an email confirmation from the respective site. I thought that it was a legitimate start-up and agreed on to pay the site with there promotional offer. They charged me with INR 4500 and I was told that I would receive a confirmation call the next day.
following this I checked for the authenticity of the online retail company fashionothon, which left me in a deep shick as of how this company has made fool of many such costumers, with many online complaints about them. today I received a confirmation call for the order to which I declined to receive and also agreed to pay any charges for the return policy if any. I was asked about the reason for declination to which I responded. following this conversation the representative of the company started asking me my bank details and my 16 digit atm card no. he also wanted to know about details of money I have in my account. I started cross-questioning him to which he behaved rudely and said that he will call after half an hour regarding the refunds.
I havenot received any call as of yet regarding any refund that is being made to me. when I tried contacting the company helpline no. it was unreachable. I also tried to send them email to which I received another shock when the email-address was found to be un-authenticated and it rejected my email.
respected sir, I would like to add that I am an working intern with 9000 p.m. salary with work shifts upto 36 hrs a stretch. please kindly look into the matter and help me get my hard-earned money back.
