Mera naam sahil karshanbhai karena hai, me Gujarat me jambusar city se belong karta hu, mene online amzon se redme note 9 pro Max phone kharida tha, jis ki kimat 18498/- meneo credit card se pay kar diya hai, phone mere address pe delivered ho gaya bad me pata chala ki phone me technical problem hai, to mene Amazon Amazon customer care se bat kiya ,waha se replay aaya ki aap phone return kardo aapko replacement mil jayega, mene phone return kar diya jesa mere pass aaya tha vesa hi same to same , return mene india post se kiya tha uski copy mere pas hai , jab mera phone delivered ho gaya Amazon address pe to mene call kiya ki phone mera aap ke address pe mil gaya hai aap Muje replacement kar dijiye , to un logo ne bola ki jese hi hame seller ke pass se update aa jayega ham aapka phone replacement kar denge, 4 din bad Muje e-mail aata ki ham aapka phone replacement nahi kar payenge, aap ne jo phone bheja hai uski jagah sabun mila hai hame, amazon vale ne mere satha froud kiya hai mene bar bar call kiya bat wo log replacement ke liya mana kar raha hai , me consumer care me complain karna chahta Amazon ke upar , jin logo ne ye froud kiya hai wo log mera phone vapas kare or un logo ke samne kanuni karyavahi kare.
