April 16 period bill no 0293916602 dated 1may16 received and in this Rs. 250 with feature charges imposed to me. I have not made payment in time. After 10 days I have receive a call from idea customer care executive that you have not made your payment and your services reach to barred level of your service. I have conveyed my concern to executive and a complaint registered with ID no C165400154476. After few days customer executive confirm me your payment has been reversed and this will be adjusted in your upcoming bill. this is not materialized in may bill and in may bill no. 0299789602 again this payment imposed to me. I decided to port the number, then a call again receive from idea customer care cellular executive, you need not to port this number we will register a complaint and this payment will revered in upcoming bill. That time I am requesting that I have two idea number and want to same bill cycle. Complaint/request has been registered with ID no C165400154476 bill cycle has been changed while payment reversal of Rs 500 yet not materialized.
