I placed an order of four books with prepayment of 1272 rupees in bookstok.com on 22 Aug 2021, till now i didn't receive any confirmation of my order but in the website against my order they put few will be delivered in 3 -4 working day for other some books 5-6 working days (i.e) even i didn't receive order shipping and tracking ID's, regarding this i contacted through their contact number but no response from them and also i filed a complaint on their website itself no response for that, So hereby I'm filing a complaint against them either they should deliver my order or make repayment of 1272 rupees.
