We were in talks with the water purifier company and we finally went ahead to purchase Eureka Forbes- NRICH with final cost paid 20,000/- on their official website and we purchased it on 9th August 2020 and within couple of days the water purifier was delivered to us. As it was delivered, it was sealed and packed and after 2 days the technician came and opened it and did the installation. But soon the next day the water purifier started blinking RED light on right side which indicates there is some issue with the water purifier and you need to contact customer care immediately and we did call up and lodged complaint and the technician came and said there is some loose connection in the filter side and as soon as the technician went the problem started again and now the RED light started blinking on left and right side and it indicates that the water purifier life is ENDED and henceforth it cant be operated. So we immediately called up customer care we lodged an complaint for replacement too but they said we will take request for replacement but our senior technician will visit and check once. The senior technician came and spent more than 3 hours and told us there is manufacturing defect and the connection is loose and soon he left the problem is still continued. We tried contacting customer care but there is no response and also we tried to contact the sales person through whom we purchased this but even he his not taking accountability. Also, we were told that if in case there is any issue with the water purifier or even if we dont like this model we can request to take it back and can take back our money. But we are not getting any help. Kindly look into this and help us as it is our hard earned money which is invested but this companies once the product gets sold no body cares to respond.
