Complain V Tech Appliances, NO Service provided against Existing AMC

I have taken AMC from V tech appliances to maintain my Kent RO system to avoid any breakdown as well as regular services.
The vendor has not provided pre-emptive service because of that motor system of RO got damaged and resulted into non-working of system. I am continuously chasing V Tech appliances and they give irresponsible reply.
I had registered a complaint on 2nd Mar,19 for machine checkup and they promised to get the same attended within 24 hours. However, no technician turned up and after following up again on Monday 04th Mar and again after promising they didn't send any technician for repair. I tried calling them again, they stopped taking my call. Finally their technician showed up on 05th Mar and said he didn't have the parts and will not be able to attend. On requesting him, he asked he cannot help and i have to call office. Again i tried calling office and there is no response.
My family is compelled to drink hard water, this has already caused health issues. I am bound to suffer because of the irresponsible behavior of V Tech Appliances. Now my RO is completely broken and i have to purchase a new RO ASAP.
