Dear Team,

I am writing this email with immense disappointment as for the subjected notification, this morning I got an SMS stating that my complaint was resolved and hence closed when in reality I did not even receive a call from your technical representative to schedule the visit for repair.

I do not understand that without a visit how can a complaint request can be closed. This puts a lot of questions on the quality parameters being practiced by your company.

    I had purchased product of Parle Agro (Frooti) from VISHAL Mega Mart (Bajrakabati, Cuttack) outlet on dated 14th September 2017. On the same day I had tested the product but it was old and decayed badly while trying to consume. On the very next day evening I had reached the outlet to file a complaint for refund/exchange the product but the response from the store manager (Mr Abhijit Basu) was so casual and annoying. He was clearly denied to make any refund/exchange of the product and asked to contact Parle Agro only.

    We are almost 10 years of trusted customer of Vishal Mega Mart and we never had such bad experience so far.

    When we purchasing any of product from Vishal, it's his responsibility that to ensure the quality assurance to their customer. But the way the store manager responded to me was really very disappointing. It should be his accountability to give every customer a 100% satisfaction.


    I understand the nature of FMCG product but the way I was responded was so disappointing. I would request you to please investigate the issue and get me refund of the product along with a apology with in 24 hours.

    today vishal mega mart mango jamshedpur cheated me more than Rs. 850/-, by a number of ways:- first billing m/c total amount is more than manual calculation. second one item is added two times. third is one item quantity is typed as 4.

    My name is talha choudhury and complete my shopping on date 2.Feb.2021.but due to size issue when I came to customer service desk that time customer service desk person says..exchange will be happen after one day on bad way..I think this is not the way to toking with customer.I also want to talk with store manager but every staff have there own way..thay told me..go to top and meet the manager ..when I go to top flore and try to meet the manager.a leady came and says manager busy to other work..he will not able to meet me.
    I think I a retail sector customer like a God..but in karimganj vishal like a fish market..
    I will not ever visit any vishal..

    Let me bring a funny instance for your esteemed company in front of you. I went to buy some commodities from Vishal Mega Mart Uttarahalli in Bengaluru. Like every customer I bought items based on their rates listed on the pamphlets kept beside them and then went for billing, then the magic happened.Flour(Aashirwaad) was listed as 375 but in my bill it was listed as 415, well I thought it was a genuine mistake so I ignored it and kept it aside(screenshot attached). Then I took some rice,which was marked as 171/181 not sure, but when I billed it, it was listed as 205 , this was breath-taking, I again ignored it. Third item was Mustard Oil that too of inhouse, first crop brand which was listed as 189 but again magic happened and its billed amount was above listed price. That was it, I called the store manager (EmpId :- 6032301), he told me all rates had been revised just 2mins ago and that is how it is. This was the most interesting fact, considering it is technically a binding contract to sell items at listed price and technically Vishal is overcharging the customers for an item listed at a lesser price.
    So to be certain , this is1. Cheating customers2. Breaching customer trust and an unsaid contract to sell items at listed price.3. Deceptive advertising.

    Being a regular customer at various stores from delivering in Meerut to buying items at Bengaluru, I can certainly say this is a wrongdoing. I am really disappointed with this. Vishal has no right to cheat customers.
    I didn't buy any of these items since I don't want to pay extra money and fall prey to overpricing, but I did fall prey to one other scam. The Limca was listed under 10% off (MRP:40rs) but when I bought it , I was sold it for 38Rs. That's 5% off. Yes I have been cheated, despite being so vigilant I have been cheated of 2Rs by Vishal. 
    I have attached proof of everything. Also I want to know how prices can change intraday in working hours, all proof I got was a whatsapp screenshot . Is Whatsapp the official mode of communication for Vishal Group?

    Today 03/04/2022 day Sunday I done shopping from Vishal mega mart Patna 2 Rajeshwar commercial complex plot no 529,531,532,prithavipur,Patna, Bihar. The bill no. Is 7063590000215. My total bill amount mention in bill is 2099 but when i sum all products matching in this bill and total amount becomes 1800. So mistake is you add two Man T- shirt price. i buy only one T-shirt . Kindly be noted that this mistake done by your counter number 06 bill cashier Mr. Jatinder Kumar. so now i ask you refund my money. because I have no time to visit your Mart.
