Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have complained against Qtm Worldwide pvt ltd at Hyderabad, Telangana. I signed an agreement with Qtm on 19/12/2019 to do work from home and the executive that contacted me Chaaya with number 9666969378.
They asked me to either do writing work and then send picture on whatsApp or type the files in Ms-word or Notepad and send them back. They asked Adhar card as identity proof, they send an agreement file in Ms-word and asked me to do read and upload digital sinature and phtoto on it and I did it. They also asked me to select their plans and due to unavailability of 2 plans, I opted for plan 3 which costs 1950 rupees. They provided me 35 pages need to be typed in Ms-word or Notepad within 3 days.I did the work and submitted as well. they said me to give updates about work by tomorrow and next day they told me that I did copy and paste although do that. I asked them the source but they didn't told. I checked the plagiarsm also and the content is 100% unique. I asked them to pay either my incentives or my fees back but they denied and saying you typed in small letters while in the begining of worl I asked them how to type. They told me to simply and now they terminated my I'd. I asked Chaya to provide head office no. but she told me to visit head office and it's impossible to go Hyderabad as I stay in Delhi. I tried to call her many times but her no is asying out of service so I tried to call on whatsApp and didn't connect.
As a sincere and punctual stuedent in Academics and responsible citizen of India I know the valu of time, money and efforts and they have wasted my 3 days on it during the peak time of exams. Plese help me in this matter and provide me a solution. I don't bear any expenses now so I'm writing you to solve this.I shall be very thankful to you.
