Sir/Mam,
My name is Saif Khan,today I have visited reliance fresh store,code 6704.I have purchase some items at billing counter cashier Id(60417565) told me to pay charges for carry bags,after that I requested to call manager,manager told me that don't pay for carry bags charges but after he has done misbehavior and due to arguments he told me that now you have to pay for carry bags and also if you want do case you are free to do that.
This type of services was not acceptable from a highly reputed store of Jamnagar.My complain no 2542271.So,now it's my kindly and humble request to resolve this issue and justify this matter.i will be waiting for your reply.
