COMPLAINT REGARDING FRAUD IN HPCL OUTLET Place : RAMAGUNDAM

Unethical business practice & doing business in a fraudulent manner done by him...
1. He submitted fake monthly expenditure bills to the RO office Warangal and collusion with some employees at managerial level and passes the bills with-out proper verification and enchased the bills on percentage bases, here I encloses the previous one month bill submitted to RO for your evidence.
2. Here I submitted one month total bill submitted with vouchers enclosed, in the bills he shown in his Syndicate bank a/c statement (32791400000182) salary paid on 02.05.2018 but actual salary credited to employees after 20th of the concerned month. He edited the bank statement through photo shop and encash the amount before the salaries paid in this way he drawn expenditure bills every month fraudulently. original bank statement & edited statement enclosed.
3. More over it may intimated that he does not paid PF ,ESI for the last 6- months ,you can check the UAN numbers originally allotted to the employees and UAN No shown in the bills submitted for encashment are mis- matched. This PF, ESI paid statements are also edited through Photo Shop every month. Notices from PF office are also enclosed along with original & fake PF paid challans.
4. It may also bring to your notice that I had found that Mr.Nalluri Nageswara Rao obtain company outlet by submitting fake & forged documents of his Education qualifications certificates. He is completed his 5th standard only but submitted Diploma certificate (forged & edited) and obtain HP out let by fraudulent manner by managing some managerial persons at RO office Warangal.
5. He is taking labour certificate for 9- employees only but actual present workers working are 20 members. In this way he is also cheating other Govt Departments also.
6. Total leave available to each employee is 4 days in a month ,if an employee take any 1-day leave salary will be deducted from gross monthly salary and balance pay will be paid to employees bank account, nageswara rao encash this leave salary of employees to his account by submitting the fake salary bills to HPCL. If you verified the bank statements of All employees corresponding monthly bills submitted by him to hpcl you will find all fraud business doing by nageswara rao.
7. Nageswara rao open fake bank accounts in the name of all employees of kundanapalli petrol bunk in KOTAK BANK ,AXIS BANK in Guntur and all employees received every month messages from bank that they received salary in their bank account ,in this way he use their IDs and documents to crate fake bank accounts and submitted bills for other contract work with HPCL and en cash Works bills.
In this way Nalluri Nageswara Rao running the company out-let and cheating HPCL. Now I bring all this issues to your notice for taking necessary action against to him and to save HPCL reputation and also I requesting your authority to save and relive from his harassment.
