I am one of the participant who attended job fair that has happened in hsr layout Bangalore on Saturday (31st of November).I got selected to wibmo company after 3 rounds(GD,HR INTERVIEW AND OPERATIONS INTERVIEW) soon after they gave offer letter there itself and told monday I should go to main office for documentation.Then on monday they called from aasan and told to go on Tuesday since hr is not there so yesterday i had been there.Manager of the team came and took an interview there instead of documentation and told we will call you you can leave for the day.I called aasan hr he was unaware of this process itsems.When job fair happens dont you people have proper process.Its such a huge process.People come with hopes of job.Is this what aasan job does.?now i am jobless. Shouldnt they resolve or should make me join immediately in another company.Dont you people know how difficult it will be for an umemployee to go through like this situation.Are you playing with people.It is obvious that documentationeans joining.By giving hope what are you people doing.Is this what happens in jobfair.I am formally informing you like this If my problem is not solved I will have go another way.I want job for my location with same salary which is being offered now and immediately or pay me till i get good job.Will you people pay for my commitments?If i have to get job it will again take so many days..I have all the proofs.Better you solve asap
