Not providing temporary electricity connection from last 7 months

This is regarding plot number z2 06 of BPTP Z block, sector 80 Faridabad. I have submitted approved floor plans from DTCP to BPTP and request for electricity connection and drinking water in October 2022.After reaching them several times they haven’t provided temporary connection. We have started construction on 9th march 2023 , store is developed and bptp has given proper demarcation for the plot, but till date no street lights are running and they are not providing electricity connection for construction purpose. For drinking also we have to arrange water for labour working on the site in this weather.
It is a shear harassment that in the summer season, the electricity connection is not being given to me.
May, I request your good selves to, kindly arrange to give the necessary instructions to the person concerned to enable me, to get the temporary electricity meter connection for construction purpose and provide water connection for drinking .
We have applied new connection on DHBVN website and they said for that area they have already provided BPTP connection for 1800kW and they cant help in this case .
We have reached BPMS office in sector 76 faridabad in next doors mall., the responsible people are ignoring us from several days. These people are trying to avoid us , not picking calls and denying to meet in offices.
after writing emails BPTP state manager Mr Dilip ss visited the Z block and recorded the events happening in the block and how our labour is living without electricity at night.
We have tried visiting Mr Anil Yadav , he’s not even caring to pick up the call and doesn’t even care about the situation about the block. We tried contacting Mr Vinod project head BPTP , we were not allowed to meet him and discuss the issues and they are directly saying that we can file legal complaint , they cant help in this issue.
Even after 7 months they haven’t done anything. in the Z block and the nearby village is having electricity and surrounding blocks and society too.
An early action in this regards is highly requested as labour and guard is there without street lights and no electricity connection using emergency light with 2 hours backup only.
