My name is Tarun Denbani.
I pay electricity bill of Rs.350 to Rs.450 on a average for a single month.
But From October-2018, I am getting bill of Rs.1,43,500.
I have also filed complaint to mseb department on 17/11/2018, and in these three months I visited mseb office nearly 15 to 20 times. And, after so many times of visting, in these three months, only meter reading checking was done and what is load on meter was checked.
And, Today, I received call from MSEB, they told me come to office.
After going to office, they told me, Your Total Bill is Rs. 1,47,220 and from three months i.e. From Nov-2018 to Feb-2019, you have not paid the bill.So, Except Rs.1,43,500, pay your past three months bills which is Rs.3620, Otherwise, We will cut the line.
I kindly request them, that resolve my that excess bill amount by today itself, then I will Pay last three months bills.
And, I also told them, my average bill for a single month is Rs.400, it means for past three months, it must be Rs.1200 and including fixed charges and other charges it might be nearly Rs. 1500, but they denied.
And at last, They Replied that, in Rs.3620, they have also added the late fee of Rs.1793, for not paying the excess bill of Rs.1,43,500.
And I Questioned them what is this,why you have charged late fee for that excess bill and they told me that you have to pay that late fee also, and again in next month, you will have to file the complaint for that and then they will adjust the amount.
And also, today i.e. 17/02/2019, they have cut the line.
Kindly look into the matter.
