i was out of station more than 1 month .day before yesterday i came to my flat and i got electricity bill, in which written if i will not pay amt of 7710 rs before 18/12/2018 then nly electicity will be disconnect.
i have already paid 3500 rs around 3 or 4 th of this month.it means 4200 left.today J.E send a worker to cut my electricity he doesnt have even knowledge of paid money.
i told him right now i am paying the amount 1200 online and i paid but he say give me 200 rs for disconnection.i gave him to dont disconnect.
now come to the matter.when on electricity bill receipt its already mention when after electricity will disconnect, then why anyone come to do so.no any previous information or notice.this is the 3 rd time I facing this problem.when i say worker to let me talk to J.E .he abuse me.why he dont give time or listen.
i leave with one 2 year child alone.that time where we go for help.this is done for intentionally.or no humanity have you people. for showing off only electricity board mention the date of disconnection.if you have to send any day any time without notice..then the date you give is waste.
as i know the rules of electricity disconnection electricity will diconnect only when not more than 2 month unpaid,
if 100 rs will due of third month then electricity will disconnected by J.E without any prior notice...
even on electricity bill date is already mention .
