Subject : Complaint regarding excess electricity bill
Dear Sir,
I would like to complaint regarding my electricity bill
I have received my electric bill for Rs. 4960/- for the month of May-2016
The bills appears to be inflated as I know that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill , it seems to be extremely high for my level of usage. Me and my sister only two persons are there, my parents passed away since last one year no one stays at home me and sister both are working. We usually left around 8:20 am in the morning and reach around 8:30 p m at home for your reference
I am writing this letter to you since I have lodged complaints many times on toll free number and I have approached Nalasopara West (4375) sub division and have paid meter testing charges also Rs. 150/- on 06.06.2016 in spite of many complaints there is no reply from their side no one is taking any action on the same please help me as I am in big trouble I cannot pay such huge amount
I appreciate if this matter of excess billing is resolved at the earliest.
