After complaining many times about meter reading and bill generation nbpdcl does not take any action on 16/03/2021.On this day
they will send a message your bill is generated upto 31/03/2021.
The amount is 5 times more than my normal bill. And the consumption written on bill is also 5 times more than my normal bill. Every time no one is providing me any physical bill.After contacting customer care every time listen from call center the subscriber have you calling does not accepting any calls .
The complain is resolved every time without taking any action.
Please resolve my all query and reduce my bill amount (contact number 9162167083)
I will also contact in national consumer helpline. About your bad service.
