I have been using new diamond plan of videocon from a long time and already paid till Jan 2018 which had Sony ten 1,2,3 when I recharged as compulsory available channel but suddenly they removed without informing and now they are trying to sell the same channels on a discounted rate saying those were promotional channels when I have recharged my plan but when asked why did not they mention the same when I recharged plan they started to apologies saying that was their mistake but not ready to refund the channels amounts nor saying that as a token of apology they are ready to provide the channels till my recharge validity and as a dictator only saying one thing that if you want to watch the channels now you have to pay extra very disappointed with this service
