Dear Sir
I have Tata Sky DTH (ID 1101990925)
overtime i do recharge, my second set up box stops working.
Currently my Primary Set up box is working but secondary set up box is not working.
When we call customer care, we need to wait more than 10 minutes every time and still we are unable to reach them.
When they call back us, they ask us to go in front of secondary set up box. It is located downstairs, so when we go in front of secondary set up box, they cut phone by then.
it is not working for around past 20-22 days. They deduct money for both set up box service however they continue service only for one set up box after every recharge.
We need to call them to start service for secondary set up box every month we do recharge.
Please help....
