Activating Topper TV channel without my consent and request.Further deducting money from my bala

Dear sir I am a genuine customer of videocon d2h with customer ID 41324935547.On 21.2.2017 I made a recharge for Rs 6600 to get the service of my connection.for a period of 2years +75 days as per their offer.
I found that balance is not according to my use and it is less. I called to their customer care and wrote the complaint by mail stating that "WHY MY BALANCE IS DEDUCTED".I was informed that on 19.07.2017 you have asked to activate Extra Topper TV channel.
IN FACT I HAVE NEVER ASKED/REQUESTED TO ACTIVATE THIS CHANNEL. IT IS ILLEGALLY ACTIVATED TO CHEAT THAT CUSTOMER LIKE ME.
I WROTE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TO Videocon d2h but company says you have activated by giving a missed call.
I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY MISSED CALL TO THE Videocon d2 h to activate any channel.
May I request you to kindly take up this matter from your end and help me.
