My Calcutta Telephone Landline no. 23606099 is down since August, 2015 and both my voice as well as broadband service are not working. Though several complaints have been made and documented, Calcutta Telephones did not rectify the problem and at the same time they are generating false bill month after month. They also sent legal notice through their lawyer. Written email complain to DOT, Govt of India also did not solve problem till date. As I am looking for an overseas job, landline no. is very important. But due to non-cooperation from Calcutta Telephones I am not getting any response. This is my formal complain as well as damage claim against Kolkata Telephones. Pls. advise.
