I have enquired a query some days ago. The thing is I have been using the cylinder of Indane for many years, and as you know along with the cylinder there is a rubber pipe that comes that needs to be attached with the regulator. When I book the cylinder past few 2-3 months there is a pipe that they bring with that. From many years he has been charging me 5-7 RS for the cylinder delivery which is not applicable from the company's side. Last time when he came to deliver a cylinder he also bought a rubber pipe along with him which cost 190 RS but print rate on the packaging is 170RS and he pressurised to buy that rubber pipe from him or else to pay him 190RS for the cylinder delivery. And he told that if I don't accept this offer, he will not deliver the cylinder(I am also attaching the slip where nothing is mentioned like that the rubber pipe is mandatory to purchase worth RS 190) and also the cylinder in my home is now finished and even I raised a complaint in the customer care against it and its 3 days I have not got any reply from customer care, I am attaching the service request number in the screenshot and also the company terms and conditions, I need the query solved in earliest of 24-48 hours. The delivery person also, instead of delivering, took back the cylinder and also threatened me to complain anywhere wherever I want but he wont give me the cylinder.
