However, when I saw the Tefal Kitchen Machine i liked it and it works well. When I went to use the Liquidiser , i put in the contents and started the machine. To my surprise the liquid came out from the bottom of the Liquidiser and messed up the machine.
Now this is not something that is expected by a customer after purchasing a machine of AA reputed company like TEFAL. This clearly goes to show that the build quality is compromised. The quality of plastic used is questionable. I am not satisfied at all. Infact a family friend came to see it and wants to buy it. I spoke so highly and recommended the machine to a couple of people.. however something needs to be done about it.
I made a complaint bearing SR MUM 2203300015 which has not been resolved toy satisfaction, however the complaint has been closed. I got a call from the call centre asking me to contact the Area Sales Manager Mr. Atul. If you are interested in retaining customers , TEFAL should be contacting the customer. . Please look into this as i am a totally dissatisfied customer.
