Complain for non trasfer to paytm wallet money to my bank account

This is to informe, I m very disturbed from Paytm due to non transfer of money in My bank A/c. The details of matter is as under:-
1. I received money from a Customer named Vaibhav through scaning of QR Code amounting Rs.4750.00 on dated 11.06.2018 at 06:03:27 PM
2. The said money could not be transfer to my registered SBI bank account due to closure of my said SBI Bank account.
3. After that I have been registered my new bank account

4. After registration of many new bank account, I called many time to paytm for payment of said amount Rs.4750.00
On dated 29.06.2018 I talked to Mr. Chander Shekher, he assured me that the said amount will be credited to my new bank account till 3.07.2018.
5. I have called many time on paytm merchant customer care i.e.120-33663377 but phone had been disconnected with the massage that THIS M.NO IS INCORRECT"
5. On inquiry of my bank account on dated 04.07.2018 the said money could not be credited and till date I never checked my paytm wallet balance.
6. Due to non corporation from Paytm i have searched on complain number of higher authorities of PAYTM on net i found on website URL https://www.customercareservice.info/2017/01/paytm-customer-complaints-and-reviews.html

These are two mobile No. through which these fraud have been committed
7. On the above given no. i called . Other person on call confirmed me that your money has been transfer to my wallet but you can not use use this. to used this amount to have confirm me the OTP send to you. So as i have confirmed the same to him.
8. After that another day was elapsed and my money was not be transferred by paytm to my bank account.
