Continuously given false and wrong commitment and playing a copy paste game for my tata card ending

I have shared all details with attached screenshot in previous emails continuously but you didn't take any action against your employees Mrs shivani Prabhakar , Mrs Jyoti , Mrs Bohra etc...
All these has continuously misguided me and cheated with me and always Playing a copy paste game with me ??????????
As per mail received from Mrs Jyoti Saxena I don't know why she has not listening my words but continuously playing a copy paste game with me ???
Mr Dinesh Kumar khara you are the chairman of SBI Bank if you didn't given any resolution against your employees who has continuously misguided and cheated with me ???????????????????????
I want charges reversal waiver as per committmnt given by your executive Mr Abhinav Sharma and Mr Ajay Baliyan when I have hospitalized ??????????
Kindly reverse all these rest charges
In May month bank has charged financial charges for Rs 633 and over limit fee for Rs 500+tax...
In June month bank has charged over limit fee for Rs 500+tax..
In July month bank has charged financial charges for Rs 4003 + tax ..
In August month bank has charged financial charges for Rs 3673+tax and Rs 500 over limit fee ...
In sept month bank has charged late payment charges for Rs 950+tax and financial charges for Rs 4065..
In oct month bank has charged late payment charges for Rs 950+tax and financial charges for Rs 3980+tax...
In November month bank has charged over limit fee for Rs 500+tax and financial charges for Rs 4103 + tax ..
In December month bank has charged financial charges for Rs 2140+ tax...
In January month bank has charged over limit fee for Rs 500+tax and financial charges for Rs 165+tax....
I want all these charges reversal waiver as per committmnt given by your executive Mr Abhinav Sharma and Mr Ajay Baliyan in Oct and Nov month when I have hospitalized ..
I have shared 2 mobile number one number belong to ajay Baliyan 8929459550 and another no 7064799852 Mr Abhinav Sharma both these numbers belong to SBI collection department I have myself cross verified both these numbers with attached screenshot but Mrs shivani Prabhakar , Mrs Jyoti Saxena why you are continuously playing a copy paste game I want a call from your side for resolving this issue ?????????????????????????
I have received call from Mr Ajay Baliyan and Mr Abhinav Sharma not vicky sharma so why you are continuously telling me both these numbers doesn't belong to SBI collection department ?????????????????

I have shared all details with my medical bills but till date I haven't received any information regarding this ???????????

Your executive also committed me when my card limt is over limit upto 175000 and my current Card limit is 155000 now I want charges reversal waiver from May to January month like financial charges , interest charges , late payment charges , over limit charges etc I want all these charges reversal on urgent basis ???????????????
Mr Dinesh Kumar khara if you didn't respond me I have esclating this issue to everyone employees and shared all details how SBI Bank employees cheated with their customers by given wrong and false commitment continuously?????????????????????
