Horrible service

Since past 6 months, due to shift in address & location, my account moved to Ravi Gas Agency - and I have been facing problem with them since then.. the major ones are
1. They NEVER EVER respond on the phone inspite of having so many phone numbers
2. the delivery man doesn't carry the weighing machine.
Kindly bring to their notice that Customer Care numbers are suppose to be responded & not to be ignored.
Just because we do not have any choice that doesn't mean we are taken for granted.
