i have ordered paytm bank debit card through paytm app which they shipped through blue dart courier service . The package arrives in my city on 19th of july and i received a text from blue dart that my consignment will be delivered today but they doesnt delivered it to me. The i went to their office on 20th july to pic it up by myself then one of their employee told me that they are unable to find it right now so i can pick it up later soo i agreed ' and then i went to their office on 23rd july to pic up my consignment then also they said that they havent find it and one of their employee ensure me that he will be finding it by today . Then i went to their office on 24th july in morning at 10.30 am as their office opening time is 7 am but then also same thing happened and then i said that its not right to say lies and all to your costumer , then their manager got aggresive and told me to Get out and he also told me " SON OF A BITCH " and he said that AGR DUM HAI TO LE KE DIKHA LE CONSIGNMENT , KUCH BI KAR LE MAI CONSIGNMENT NAHI DUNGA and when i was taking his video then he tried to snatch my phone and told me to GET OUT .
I request consumer court to kindly take some action regarding this matter .
