I was ordered A phone (Poco M2 Pro) from flipkart on 07-02-2021 (Order ID: OD120955106871621000) its my bad luck that it was shipped by blue dart express (tracking id : 79614120692). the expected date of delivery was on 16-02-2021 but delivery came earlier and unexpected on 13-2-2021 morning around 10:20 at that time i was in college lectures due to this i was unable to pick the call(phone was on silent mode). delivery boy marked my order as address mismatch , after lectures i checked the phone, i got to know that my order is not going to be deliver due to address mismatch. i tried to call the delivery boy. after some time he callback to me and said to come to another area (around 4-5 km long) to take the delivery. I said him that i am unable to come there please deliver when you return to delivery center but he cut the call without answering . after sometime i got call from some higher executive about to confirm the address mismatch. I said all these topic to the executive that my address is correct and delivery boy not able to deliver package to my doorstep. after some time delivery boy call me again and said me to come to take delivery to another area (5-6 km away), I said him that i am unable to come there please deliver when you return to delivery center but he cut call without answering, it was like "I am is not going to deliver the order come and take your order" at this time i got frustrated and call back to the executive and complained all this issue that he is not going to deliver the parcel. after some time delivery boy came to our area (due to complaint) and started talking rudely on the roadside everyone in our area looking at us it was very offensive "he said me that you are not ambani that i will call u again and again for one parcel and deliver to your doorstep". all these experience got my day very bad. Bluedart please get some good mannered delivery boy.
