Dear Sir,
Kidly note that I had booked one courier on 21.08.18, containing Rakhi from Pinjore to Moga. Shipment No. 1358565827.
The courier was not delivered till 26.08.18 on Rakhi day and on 26.08.18 person from Trackon courier telephonically asked Consignee to collect the courier from Trackon office saying that they are not responsible for the courier and will have to collect it by own.
If I have paid Trackon for home delivery, then why they have not delivered the Courier at consignees home.
Moreover the courier was reached at Moga hub on 23.08.18 as per the delivery status online. Then also the courier was not delivered on time and was collected by consignee on his own that too on 26.08.18 at 2.00 pm.
Please let me know the reason for unnecessary delay and why the courier was not delivered personally.

I have ordered first time from archies online rakhi and a gift to dispatch it to China a week before the festival.After a week when I track my order, I find that there is wrong pincode updated in delivery address. Immediately I wrote to archies customer support and tried reaching on their provided customer support, which I think never works.
Then I started writing to both archies n aramex, except there standard auto mailers there no change in the status.
Achies have screwed our festival. I will never prefer or recommend any one to order anything from archies.
I request for full refunds.
