Sir, I was driving my vehicle from sendhwa to dhule. A toll plaza,Songir toll plaza come on my way. I have fastag on my vehicle, so there is no need to pay cash. When I crossed the barrier, an unmannered person throw barricade in front of my vehicle.When I asked the reason, the employee whose duty is to check the toll slip started abusing without any reason. Moreover, he told me not to come to this state as he is owner of this company. There is no rule that a person of a state cant go to other state. That person forget that contractors just build and maintain road and not own them.Insulting customers without any reason is non of thier duty. So, I just want strict action agsinst such garbage employees.
