HDFC bank has forcefully transferred money from saving account to credit card account.

I don't wanted to use HDFC credit card because of the membership fee hence requested them to cancel it however from last 7 month they have keep on sending me credit card bill and every month adding late payment charges. Not HDFC has taken one step further and unethically without any information 1st they blocked 7300 Rs in my saving account and today they have transfer the same in credit card account and settle the payment. They are forcing me to get a paid credit card and intentionally not solving this so that they can charge late payment fee.
