Intentional delay in refund of medicines returned against online order - pharmeasy.in

I had bought a few medicines from Pharmeasy which was delivered to me on 11/04/2019. When i noticed that one of the medicines were not required by me any longer i requested for a return on 11/04/2019 with Order ID#. The return was picked up by Xpressbees courier company on 12/04/2019 which faltered in delivering the return package on time. As per the courier company's notification details the package was bound to reach by 15/04/2019. But it showed status: Not Moving on on 15/04/19 & 16/04/19. On both days i raised a concern to the pharmeasy chat support but they simply tried to avoid my queries with their stereotyped replies i.e. Refund will reach you within 3 to 5 days upon the return package reacing their retailer partner.
I took up the delay issue with the courier partner Xpressbees for Awb#2374318248662 directly via email on 16/04/19 . Xpressbees promised swift delivery and the package was out for delivery on 17/04/19 but delivery occured only on 18/04/19. All the screenshots related to courier update are being attached for your perusal.
After all this fuss when i again approached the chat support of pharmeasy on 18/04/19. They put a new timeline stating that the warehouse partner will now deliver it to the retailer partner who will in turn issue the refund which will get reflected in my account after 3 to 5 days.
I wish such bogus companies should be stopped from harrassing the public financially and mentally.
