CHEATING BY STERLING HOLIDAYS AND THOMAS COOK,CHENNAI

Hi, I am Dr.Hitesh Khambholja, want to have a complaint regarding feeling cheated by Surat branch ,one of sterling holidays club branch in Gujarat.
Mr. Jesal ( Mo- 9819603305) and Mr. Anoop (Mo-7878109393) from Surat branch offer us Blue studio vacation membership plan and we have paid Rs.24,879 by debit card on the same day and Rs. 54,733 by Cheque N0 722827 ICICI bank on 2/2/16. We have been told that within a 2 weeks’ time you will get welcome call, your member login, ID and Kit, but that didn’t happen , so we I have contacted Mr.Anoop and Mr. Jesal and central office chennaimany times with false assurance or no response many times. Since last 15 days they are even not picking my phone also. After this I had started contacting your central team at Chennai through landlines and toll free numbers since 2 weeks and asked about my membership status and given all my down payment details . I have also given him my application number i.e. 018025353 and they have reassured me all the times that you will get welcome call within a day or two, but that didn’t happen till date. I am fed up with this attitude of your representatives, both local and central and now I have decided to get refund my down payment amount which I have already paid.

I request them to do needful to refund my already paid amount as we don’t want to proceed further in this plan of Sterling Holidays.
