Item missing in delhivery pack (Order no. - OR7013IIB-001A)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed an order on 17th Apr`20 vide order no. OR7013IIB-001A in Medlife App.
Where order items have been revised and one medicine was removed since the same is not avilable.
After that all rest medicine along with one 500 ml sanitizer yet to deliver and order delivered on 23rd Apr'20 morning at 9:30am.
Where in packege one item is missing and the same item is also mentioned in invoice, it means invoice was generated with 500ml Sanitizer and I have paid the amount also but the same is not received.
Also please note, 500ml Sanitizer unit couldn't be packed in your raguler package, we should give another package but another package also not given to me.
Please check and revert back as soon as possible.
