dear sir,
I am Nagasudha and INO services given Work to me for form filling,Total form filling documents given 2200 and i was completed my work within the timeline and as per their norms i downloaded my Form filling documents as a PDF file for sending heir mail but they given wrong mail Id(help4formfilling@gmail.com).I was tried to send form filled documents PDf file to that mail ID but mails were not delivered to that mail ID one day later they called me and informed that your timeline completed and asked for money for without submission of form filling but i was told that i tried to send form filling documents to your mail id but it is not working but later they provided same mail Id with small correction(help4formsfilling@gmail.com) after time line completed.i send my PDF file to that mail and reply came as QC report will come within in 3 days.today one person called me and informed that your form filling QC report failed and she(phone no.7203016575) asked money(Rs.7538/-) and send their acc no. to my mail ID.(ACC No. SBIN0019204).today they are continuously calling me and keeping messages to me like that if you are not paying money we will go for legal actions on you through surat gujarat court. But i checked my form filling documents even though it is correct their QC report saying wrong.please take aginst action on this issue they are cheating so many unemployees by showing online jobs.

I personal dont care for what you are writing online because when the proof will be asked in black and white, we have all the email communication, Your call verification before the work was issued about explaining T&C of contract and accepted Digital online agreement, Valid under IT Acts.

Dear INO,
we provided photo and signature for application purpose but you used that for fake agreement creation and you also tracking our address details without providing any address proof to you, this will comes under personnel information theft. you given your rules and regulations in the form of agreement in between work assignment,why dont you given your rules and regulations before work assigning I am not signed any agreement form with you and you created your own fake agreement with our sign and photos.this tactically cheating the Employees for demanding money.

Under the specific instructions of my client of M/s. INO Services
I am hereby directed to send you this legal notice as under.
1. That my above named client is doing business of Business Outsourcing
Service (BPO) in the name and style of M/s. INO Services, at his above
mentioned address. You are residing at your abovementioned address and
are known to my client since you availed online BPO assignment of
(Form Filling) from M/s. INO Services.
2. That, you as on dt. 06-06-2018 completed registration with my client
agreed upon the Terms & Conditions/Rules & Regulations by entering
into Agreement on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20/- as on dt .
06-06-2018 with my client with respect Data Outsourcing Assignments
(Form Filling) vide Project ID C06062018821 now according to
clause no. 8 of terms and conditions of said agreement entered into by you
with my client i.e. TAT (Turn Around Time) you have not submitted
accuracy report to my client within stipulated period of 20 days mentioned
in the agreement.
3. Client informed you for the same by sending you an email dated
09/07/2018 with respect to the non-submission of work assigned to you
and for the very reason you have made liable yourself for to pay the utility
and maintenance charges to my client because of your default i.e. (non-
submission of accuracy report).
4. Inspite of consistent communications by my client through
telecommunication and email you have not paid Rs. 5200/- of utility and
maintenance charges for ID. No. C06062018821 and deliberately
ignoring my client, knowing full well the grim consequences thereof. You
are therefore liable for civil as well as criminal legal action.
5. By this notice, you are hereby instructed to pay the utility and
maintenance charges of Rs. 5200/- within 7 days of the receipt of this
notice, failing which, my client will straightway initiate legal remedy
(civil as well as criminal) at Surat court and all the cost and consequences
for the said proceedings/prosecution will be on your head of which take a
serious note.
6. This notice is given to you because of your default and you are therefore
liable to pay Rs. 3310/- as legal charges to my client.

I have same problem.. today they send me legal msg from 7203016575 this no., I simply blocked there all phone no. Bcz I knw they are fake nd just to collect money they threatning peoples.
I have all proofs of mail nd msgs conversation against them which clearly shows that they are fraud. They just making people fool by give online form filling jobs.
I Destroyed my eyes by doing there work nd they said give 4000rs. As u failed after 5 days
