A complaint against VU televisison company

I purchased a VU television VU1340266 on 27.08.2022 with high hopes of enjoying excellent entertainment experiences, as well as the peace of mind that comes with a warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. On 12.08.2022 my television's panel got damaged.
Upon discovering the issue, I promptly contacted your customer service department and was directed to your service center. Following their advice, I visited the service center to report the problem and seek a solution. To my dismay, I was informed that the TV panel needed replacement due to the damage. While I understand that damage can happen, what shocked me was the response to my warranty claim.
I was informed that despite the television being under warranty, I would have to bear a whopping 80% of the total charges for the new TV panel replacement. This policy is not only unjust but also leaves me baffled as to the purpose of a warranty if it fails to protect consumers from the costs arising from manufacturing defects. The entire essence of a warranty is to ensure that customers do not incur additional expenses for issues beyond their control.
I find it deeply unfair and unethical that your company is essentially penalizing me for a defect that was present at the time of purchase. Charging such a substantial amount for a repair covered under warranty not only feels like a blatant attempt to scam and fool customers but also diminishes the trust that consumers place in your brand. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of your company and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
I urge you to review your policies and practices regarding warranty claims, especially when it comes to a damaged panel. It is imperative that your company upholds its responsibility to provide quality products and stand by them when issues arise.
I demand a swift resolution to this matter that includes:
A complete waiver of the charges for the TV panel replacement, as it falls under the warranty coverage.
A written apology for the inconvenience caused, as well as for attempting to charge me unjustly for a manufacturing defect.
Failure to address my concerns and provide a fair resolution will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including seeking legal advice if necessary. I hope that it does not come to that, as I believe that reasonable and ethical business practices should prevail.
I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a satisfactory resolution.
