I Purchased a LYF LS5009 Gold wind 6 mobile phone (product serial No.911504257193663) from Reliance Digital at Diamond Plaza, Nager Bazar, Kolkata on 7th June, 2016. After 2nd day from the date of purchase that mobile handset was very hot after use of 5 minutes, then I contact the nearest service center of LYF care and send the handset through Reliance Digital service department. After 3 days they are return my mobile handset but previous problem was still continued. Further I send that mobile handset on 25th June, 2016 at service center, but till date I am not received that handset. I can't understand; what is the problem in new handset? I want to exchange.

    Defective Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime

    Sir, I purchased a brand new Mobile phone of Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime from Reliance Digital, Axis Mall, New Town, Kolkata costing Rs.16,999.00 on 25.05.2017. From the day one problems appeared. Went to the Reliance Store to report. This was corrected by the salesman. Promlems reappred and the salesman of Reliance Digital asked to report to the Samsung Service Center, Rajarhat, near City Center-2. More than half a dozen times i was made to visit the service center but could not correct the defects of the mobile. I sent a number of emails asking to refund the money as the mobile was defective. Samsung has not refunded my money causing serious harassment, mental agony.Samsung must be taught a lesson.The handset is under warranty. Please help.
