Grievance Details I have purchased the mobile phone may 2019 fainance for hdfc Bank my EMI term 9 months for 2389rs per month may first month July 5th emi deduct in my bank account but aug and sep emi not deduct in may ac then I am calling for hdfc bank but not responding agin seb last month bank informed me your ecs is not mended plz pay for emi by cash I am paying for 2 months emi for bank stafff yash Dali and agin ecs form signature but oct emi is not deduct for my ac sgin msg me ecs imagi not clear I am 4 times ecs signature but hdfc bank staff not support agin I am not paying emi may due amount 14300rs but hdfc charges for 65000rs including fine I am mailing for hdfc but not responding for any offficers and ligal notice send for me sep 2020 so plz help me
