Dear Sir / Madam,

I have Airtel digital TV connection. I have an issue with the connectivity and Video problem.

I first raised the Issue with Airtel in Dec 2015, (Ref No 48817503), none of the service engineer visited and problem not solved.

Again i raised the issue in 15th Apr 2016, (ref no. ___ not availalbe). They visited and corrected.

Again the problem continued and raised the issue with Airtel on 23rd 50996833, they didn't visit

Again the raised the issue with Airtel (Ref No. 51306916) on 30th Apr 2016, In between i called to the Local Area manager of Airtel (Number provided by Airtel)the person confirmed that they will send the person to my home to rectify the issue but no one visited.

Again complaint raised on Airtel on 01st may 2016, (Ref no. 51338440), the service engineer visited, Video problem resolved for a while and again the problem re-appeared after the service engineer left.

Called the same service engineer, He didn't answer the call.


Again raised complaint with Airtel on 03rd May 2016 (ref no. 51395420)

Repeatedly made a call to Airtel but didn't get any service support.

Finally requested for the disconnection & received a confirmation on 8th May 2016, (ref no. 51503286)

Since Airtel is not able to solve and provide service support and I have to go through mental torture and make several calls to Airtel. Would like to raise complaint on Airtel and Service provider.

Also want Center govt to involve as govt. rules says Set Top box is must for TV connection.

    I recive a call from Airtel digital tv on 13.3.18 she told me to recharge of Rs 534 she name is Ashwani she give me offer of hindi entertainment and hindi movies for 3 months i m recharge of Rs 534 but now my tv channels was stop on 27.3.18.
    I call customer call centre but not replying.
    please take a complaint against Airtel digital tv.

    i was the done recharge for the entertainment but airtel dth close the free to air broadcast and say its a government rule but free to air is broadcast by government then why airtel dth stop the broadcasting of channels.

    I have purchased a new airtel Digital TV connection in the month of March'18, since last few days I am not able to watch my TV due to code error B001(i.e,weak signal). We have checked with other airtel TV user regarding this but they are getting the signal properly.
    I tried calling all given customer care numbers but no responce along with it I have also called to the person(Mr. Bhola) who fitted it but he is not willing to come. I had a very good faith over Airtel but due to all this I am really disappointed. We have recharged for six months but unable to get any service.

    Mk TV is not showing the correct programming timing on TV sreen. When a program is showing on TV display at that program will be showing before two or three hours.This problem is coming in five months since this year starting month january and the problem is coming again and again.

    Hi there, I recently upgraded my normal setup box to HD and I was informed by their customer care executive that I'll get a discount of ₹ 250 on annual recharge i.e 1350 coz I've been a customer with them for last 8 years. But the technician who came to install that box denied for the discount and charged me ₹150 , said call the customer care and get more information about it coz I don't have any such info about discounts and he left. Since then for next 3 days no 1 answered the phone. This is really a horrible experience and the local service center guys don't entertain my calls .
    These are the numbers of that authorized center 9711145417, 9871692027 and 9971638112 is for the guy who came to install it. I m feeling helpless no one helping at all.

    Deliberately Airtel digital add a channel.When I contact coustmer care he deny to register my complain.
    Airtel digital is worst.soon I will change and take Tata sky.

    I made a complain near about 1 week about signal lost in afternoon. I take followup that day on Mobile no provide by customer care though SMS.when I make a call to that excutive he provides me another no that he will come. Excutive told me that he will visit after 1 hour then I again make him call he says that he will visit after another 1 hour. And at that day he didn't came. I got call after 2 days that he is coming then I told that I am in office he ask me to closed this complain but I denied. Now today is holiday. I was at home make call to excutive he says that he will visit till 11 am. But again he didn't came. When I make him call he says that sir I am on other route. What about first come first serve. R the come for free. And why I paid money if they are making me fool such a bad service. I want my recharge money back and close this set top box
