Dear Sir/Mam,
This is Basant Kumar r/o H-97,a Harkesh nagar, New Delhi-110020,I purchased my mobile dated 18th September 2015 when I purchased my mobile after purchased I went to customer care 3 to 4 times 1 problem was music bass problem & technical person updated the software 2nd time password problem & in 26th August again my phone was dad after that we went to customer care on 26th August 2016 i was not my purchase bill we deposited my phone & after 2 hours from ASUS service centre called me your phone was DAD & technical person said me your mobile mother board was DAD & mother board price was 12,000/-RS customer executive said me your phone not in under warranty if again you will come to our customer service centre you can show your bill than will try to make warranty also manager Mr.Joy said me if Asus give not a warranty than we can’t help you after 2 days I found my bill & again show my bill than customer executive deposited my mobile after half an hour called me from customer service centre sir you check your mobile another private service centre so your mobile warranty expired I also comment/arguments we didn’t check my phone any private service centre but i am not satisfied ASUS customer service centre Like Regenersis india pvt.ltd & ASUS Service Centre Nehru place I think they make money & harassed to client Please Make my mobile ASAP if not make my mobile I have already concerned national consumer help line they advised me if you are not able to solved my problem than I will go for your complaint consumer forum this is my last warning from my side .
