Actually, this year twice i was charged the annual card fee.frist one on june 14 & the second one on july 27 also 2 times the message fee also debited...i want to lnow what is happening ....i tried once on the customer care then they told me there is a issue on the bank server to collect the details and said that give me a call back....here also nothing is happended
