Not ready to give balance money, and misbehaved with the customer

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today, I had gone to buy things from Q shop which is a departmental store at prateek Laurel sector-120 noida, at d billing counter, I had given them Rs 2000/. My bill was for Rs 300/. The lady at the counter given me only Rs 1500, she is supposed to give me Rs 200 then she said, that she is not having change.
I said to the person in the next counter, to go outside and bring the change or arrange the change. That idiot man said, they are not allowed to do so. He said, everyone brings the card, so u guys don't accept the Indian national currency and don't serve the customers.
This is simply pathetic.
Just file a complaint against them.
Educate the staff that how to deal with the customers and u cannot deny in giving the balance amount.
