No home delivery of gas cylinder for 2 weeks - Langkyrding Nongmynsong Near Presbyterian Church

Hi,
I'm writing this complaint due to the negligency on behalf of the Gas Agency named Longkmie Gas Agency located at Laban, Shillong from where we had registered for a Lpg Gas connection.
Since the day we had registered with this agency we had not recieved any LPG cylinder on time and never got it delivered to our home as promised (home delivery) we had to go by ourself and fetched it from the supply centre manually.
Really if this is what we call development then I am ashamed, as an Indian citizen with all the basic necessities promised can we get justice atleast where an LPG could be delivered to our homes.
Can anyone help us or hear our voice.
