Got my trimmer for service not return goods nor return payment

a Trimmer Siska 5000 K was bought by me online . online order number 00119133185756974000 and invoice number FA DC 922100002095 dated 11.7.2020 from Talesara Electric Store 11 Kashipuri Main Road, Opposite Railway Gate Opposite Gate No 4 Bhilwara Rajasthan. which was in the past The month got damaged and which is under warranty, which was given to your registered service center to repair it a month ago but even after a month neither my trimmer was repaired or returned from your service center. Somebody got my money back. On talking your registered service center says that take old model trimmer it cannot be fixed.. Which is lacking in service. I want to inform you that if my money or my trimmer or a new trimmer of my model is not given to me in 7 days, then compulsively I will have to file a case against you in the consumer protection court, for which you yourself will be responsible.
