i have purchase a air conditioner from razzel dazzel electronic f-3/31,krishna nagar delhi-110051,i have purchase it for my father who was under the serious heath disease and need low temperature live in hot summer. i have purchase it on installment basis(finance it) whose monthly installment was rs.3696 for 9 months and down payment as nil . i have purchase it in the month of june 2014 the product was found as defected, the remote with the ac was not working when we urge them to replace the product but they says that we will only change the remote for the same, but the remote was not of the same model. The installation service is given by the razzel dazzel electronics(rs. 2000).The bill against the sell was not given to us on the spot(15/06/2014) we daily visit there premises for the bill but deny for it and tell us to come again next day and then they finally handed over the bill on 13 july 2014 bill no. 1021 which was also duplicate copy the original copy is not given till yet. After three month i call the service person under free service facility by the company voltas, they came up and told us that the product that we have brought has been discontinuied two year ago from year of purchase also the they told us that the ac is broken from it cover door who has came from the company voltas , as i am a house hold lady i don`t know about the product quality and its qualifications, the saleperson at razzel dazzel told me that it is the best model in the range of 1.5 ton ac to buy for you, it is the latest one. but the company person who came up for service told me that this product is about rs.27000 to rs.25000 in the market (new product) but they charges rs 32000 for ac plus rs.1264 against insurance charges ,all have to be paid in installment. Again in this session of summer`2016, the remote is not working and the ac has become noisy too due to that broken part , when we visit the showroon above mention they are saying that you have no insurance policy again this ac. The policy has to be stared from july 2015 till july 2016.
so in summer we ask them to call the service person against the insurnce,but they scroud us from the showroom saying that you can`t do nothing against us in the consumer forum or department, the period of complanit has been vanish out Now we are free. do want you can able to do against us. so please stop this . we have made fool by creating a false representation ,or misrepresentation and misleading ,now they are corcion us.
i prayer to you that there should a justice with us other consumer too .It should be an example to all the misleading seller in the country.i am the first time buyer and has been misused and cheated by them please give me justice. due to this faulty ac my family is suffering from heat stoke there comfort is no more. my mother is high blood pressure paitient and need cool temperature which has been departed because of this false selling. please give us justice. don`t suprise my right. correspondingly please also provide compensation against this so that i can cover my loss of heath,joy, need, happiness, time and money.i will be highly obliged to you.
