Company is not redeeming hotel membership vouchers

Dear Sir/Madam,
I took one year hotel membership in the name of 'The Legacy Card' from Cork Products P. Ltd. by making payment of Rs. 10000/- (2 memberships) and company offered me vouchers to redeem at hotels during anytime in a year. I sent mails to the company to redeem the vouchers but company is not responding. I contact with the company's promoter also but getting no positive response. I tried all possible ways to contact them but neither i am getting confirmation or refund of paid amount despite making calls, sms, whatsapp texts and mails.
For your kind information, following mails belong to the company reservations@jukasojourneys.com and as reservations.shs@gmail.com and here below are the contact persons:

Mr. Ashish Bailley - 9311848184
They also belong to Jukaso Journeys and Ginger Hotels.
Kindly help me in getting refund of Rs. 20000 from the company. I shall be very much thankful to you.
